Flux Pumps is proud to announce the launch of its latest innovation in fluid handling. Flux launches a new range of stainless-steel pump stands designed to enhance workplace safety, efficiency and cleanliness. These new stands provide engineers and production operators with a reliable solution for handling vertical pumps. It also offers a solution to storing them safely when not in use.
Practical, Secure and Durable
Manual handling of pumps in fast-paced manufacturing and production environments can be challenging and potentially hazardous for operators. Flux Pumps’ new mobile pump stands offer a stable, ergonomic solution to improve operator safety and reduce the risk of equipment damage. The quick-release clamping jaws can be manually adjusted to accommodate different diameter pumps with ease.
Two Variants for Maximum Flexibility:
- For Containers up to 900 mm High
Ideal for 200–220 litre drums and mixing vessels, these stands feature electrically conductive swivel castors with parking brake for easy relocation and improved manual handling. - For Containers up to 500 mm High
Perfect for smaller containers, such as jerry cans, hobbocks and open buckets. FDA-approved silicone rubber feet provide excellent grip and hygiene compliance, while the non-slip design ensures pumps remain safely in place.
Optional Stainless Steel Drip Tray
To further enhance safety and reduce the risk of spills, the stands can be fitted with a stainless steel drip tray to capture residual liquid, protecting floors and reducing clean-up time.
Compatible with Any Drum or Container Pump
Constructed from robust stainless steel, the stands are suitable for both hygienic and hazardous area applications. The high-grip clamping jaws allow for easy pump relocation and are compatible with pumps ranging from 25 mm to 54 mm in diameter. Site managers can benefit from:
- Reduced handling risk and potential for equipment damage
- Minimized downtime between processes
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Improved workplace safety
