In November, Flux Pumps showcased their new easy-to-clean Viscopower progressive cavity pump and mixing pumps for cosmetics manufacturing applications at the SCS Formulate exhibition in Coventry. Firstly, please do not return any items to us without first logging your call in our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) system. This allows us to track and trace any returned items. In addition, the RMA process ensures that pumps are decontaminated correctly prior to return. This step helps protect our service team from exposure to potentially harmful chemicals.
