Price range: £2,398.24 through £2,581.89

Lead times may vary, subject to prior orders. If next day delivery is required, please contact us to discuss availability before placing your order.

The Flux F 430 S ATEX drum pump kit offers a portable, explosion-proof solution. It safely transfers flammable liquids from barrels and IBCs in Zoned explosion-risk areas. Importantly, this system meets stringent ATEX (Atmosphères Explosibles) guidelines. It handles volatile substances, including highly flammable fuels, fragrances, solvents and chemicals. Therefore, this pump kit is ideal for use in chemical processing, coating production, petrochemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceutical applications. The F 430 S features premium stainless steel 316 Ti and a ceramic-oxide mechanical seal with FKM o-rings. It delivers long-term reliability, corrosion resistance, and high performance, even under demanding operating conditions. In addition, the pump is fitted with our high quality ETFE axial impeller. Therefore, flow rates up to 65 LPM1 are possible (depending on drive motor), with the hose and hand nozzle connected.  This fully modular dispensing kit includes a pump and motor. It also features a conductive 2 m long hose assembly with swaged connections, a hand nozzle for dispense control and an earth cable. Finally, a compression gland is included, to secure the pump in drums and IBC caps. Select from either the F 460 Ex electric motor, or the F 416 Ex air motor, depending on available power sources.
