Flux Pumps Junior Drum Pump Kit with 230V Motor – Compact, Seal-Less Flux Drum Pump for Acids & Alkalis

£615.04£649.97

The Flux Junior Drum Pump Kit with 230V motor is a compact, lightweight solution for transferring smaller volumes. This pump is ideal for handling light oils, dilute acids & alkalis,  disinfectants and sanitisers. Designed for use in 200-220 litre drums and smaller containers, this Flux drum pump is available with either 25 mm or 32 mm diameter outer tube. The 25 mm models are designed for use in restricted container openings, making them especially useful for dispensing from smaller containers in laboratories, hospitals, schools, swimming pools and production facilities.  Manufactured in Germany and constructed from corrosion-resistant polypropylene, Hastelloy C and additionally ETFE, these economical seal-less pump kits deliver flow rates up to 56 LPM (depending on tube diameter). The integrated FEM 3070 commutator motor has two speed settings for flow control and is approved for continuous-duty (S1) applications, consequently delivering reliable performance even under demanding conditions.

This economical, portable pump is equipped with Flux’s signature spiral shaft bearing for optimal vibration resistance and ergonomic controls for easy single-handed operation. Furthermore, here’s what makes this drum pump kit a great choice:

  1. Compact and portable, ideal for smaller containers

Firstly, the Flux F 314 pump is specially designed for transferring small liquid volumes from 20 to 220 litre drums and narrow-necked containers. Furthermore, with its compact design and small outer diameter of just 25 or 32 mm, these pumps fit into small openings where larger drum pumps might struggle.

  1. Seal-less, corrosion-resistant construction

With no wetted mechanical seal and high-grade materials such as Hastelloy C and ETFE, this Flux drum pump is ideal for handling a range of chemicals. The seal-less design reduces maintenance requirements and allows the pump to run dry for limited periods.

  1. High-efficiency motor suitable for continuous use

Furthermore, the 230W FEM 3070 electric motor delivers continuous-duty performance and features an overload cut-out switch for operator protection. Selectable high or low speed settings consequently provide controlled liquid dispensing in sensitive applications.

  1. Ergonomic, lightweight design

In addition, weighing just 1.5 kg, the entire kit is easily handled by a single user. Furthermore, the compact size makes storage and transport easy, for fast setup in any workspace.

  1. Fully serviceable with spare parts available

Designed for longevity, this economical Flux drum pump kit features a modular design with all wear parts available to buy as spares. Regular maintenance will deliver reliable performance and excellent long-term value.
