The Flux F 427 S food grade drum pump kit delivers high performance in a pre-assembled drum or IBC pumping solution. It enables controlled, hygienic transfer of food, beverage, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical liquids. This pump features highly polished stainless steel 316 construction and meets FDA CFR 21 and EC 1935/2004 standards. It delivers exceptional reliability in clean process environments. In addition, this seal-less, low-maintenance stainless steel 316 pump includes a high-strength, reversible 6 mm driveshaft. This design ensures maximum rigidity and extends service life. Furthermore, the removeable PTFE plug-in bearings allow optimal liquid drainage and easy disassembly for cleaning. Meanwhile, the steam resistant, continuous duty F 458 motor with IP55 ingress protection, delivers reliable performance in high ambient temperatures. Furthermore, this kit is ideal for food and pharmaceutical producers where full CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilise-In-Place) compatibility is required. Finally, with no wetted mechanical seal and minimal internal dead spaces, the F 427 S maintains the highest standards in product purity and process integrity.
