Flux F430 IBC Oil Pump – Heavy-Duty Drum and IBC Transfer for Oils and Diesel

£1,035.92£1,336.75

The Flux F 430 IBC oil Pump is a high-performance, industrial-quality pump kit for transferring mineral oils, diesel and petroleum-based liquids, from 200-220 L drums or 1000 L Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). Engineered with a robust aluminium outer tube and stainless steel driveshaft, this pump kit is also suitable for handling coolant, brake fluid, glycol and Adblue.  Its modular design including mechanical seal with NBR O-ring reduces wetted surface area, therefore minimising cross-contamination risk. The unique Flux top-pull inner tube allows tool-free disassembly for cleaning or service, therefore making it ideal for tough, high use applications. Whether you're handling engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant or diesel, the F 430 delivers continuous-duty performance for demanding drum and IBC transfer applications.  This pre-assembled kit includes the Flux F 430 pump, continuous duty FEM 4070 or F457 commutator motor (500W or 800W), 2 m DN25 petroleum hose, an aluminium hand nozzle, plus a polypropylene compression gland. Designed for long service life, this kit is the go-to choice for maintenance workshops, repair depots, agricultural sites and also mobile oil dispensing operations.

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the Flux F 430 IBC oil pump provides outstanding durability at a great price:

Robust, industrial-grade design
Suitable for continuous running, the Flux F 430 AL is constructed from aluminium and stainless steel, with German quality brass shaft support bearings. There are five bearings in the 1000 mm pump and six in the 1200 mm pump. Consequently, when combined with the 6 mm stainless steel driveshaft, the F 430 AL performs under high mechanical load and tough duty cycles.

High flow, high efficiency
If you need to pump oil or diesel quickly and efficiently, F 430 AL is the ideal choice —even at high discharge pressures. Interchangeable axial and semi-axial impellers provide options for both high flow and high pressure pumping applications.

Service-friendly modular construction
The F 430 top-pull inner tube design allows for swift cleaning and maintenance without tools. Furthermore, the sealed inner tube reduces wetted surface area, reducing the chance of cross-contamination. Therefore, a single pump can be used for several fluids, including those with adhesive or crystallising properties. In addition, this pump is suitable for liquids containing small solid particles.

Flexible power and custom options
Finally, with a choice of 230V single-phase motors and our quick-release pump and hose connections, this pump kit offers maximum flexibility with the potential for future upgrades. Furthermore, 110V motors and compressed air motors are available on request. Flux motors are S1 rated for extended duty cycles and individually tested before sale. In addition, standard motor safety features include low voltage protection, temperature monitoring and overload cut-out.
