Flux F 430 S Miniflux IBC Pump Kit – Horizontal IBC Pumping

£1,459.38

The Flux F 430 S Miniflux IBC pump kit is designed for safely transferring liquids directly from Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) from their floor-level outlet. Unlike our traditional vertical IBC pumps that are installed through the IBC cap, the Miniflux is designed for horizontal installation. This makes it ideal for when overhead access is restricted, or when gravity drainage alone is insufficient, for example, pumping over longer distances, or transferring fluids  to elevated containers.   The highly portable, modular Miniflux design allows connection of either electric or compressed air motors. The pump body is stainless steel 316 L, whilst the other wetted components are: ceramic-oxide (mechanical seal),  FKM (o-rings) and ETFE (impeller). Furthermore, upgraded FFKM o-rings are available on request.  The pump is ideal for transferring low viscosity fluids such as low-concentration acids, mineral oils, or chemicals. Furthermore, check out our new Miniflux Sanitary models for food and pharmaceutical applications.

Designed to connect directly to the low-level IBC outlet, the Miniflux is therefore the ideal solution to improve flow rates and eliminate inefficient gravity drainage:

Compact, lightweight and highly portable
Perfect for use in areas with restricted headroom, or for emptying stacked IBCs. Additionally, Miniflux can be adapted for use with any tank or vessel. Its light weight and detachable motor makes handling easy – therefore, Miniflux is the ultimate portable low viscosity IBC pump.

Efficient emptying of IBCs
The Miniflux offers significantly higher flow and discharge pressure compared to simple gravity draining. It is ideal for applications requiring fast dispensing, or for transferring liquid to elevated vessels. Furthermore, this kit will provide flow rates of up to 60 LPM1.

Durable construction
In addition, the stainless steel 316 L body with FKM o-rings ensures compatibility with a broad range of media, including oils and chemicals. With a standard mechanical seal, this IBC pump kit is also suitable for liquids containing small solid particles.

Quick setup and removal
Simple union nut connection makes attaching and also removing the pump fast and tool-free. Furthermore, the drive motor can be removed in seconds without the use of tools, for ease of handling. The pump can also be dismantled into it two main parts within seconds, for cleaning or maintenance.

Serviceable and customisable
Finally, all components are available as spares. Furthermore, alternative FFKM o-rings are available on request. Alternative 110V single-phase electric, or compressed air motors, can also be purchased separately.
