Flux Pumps Combi AdBlue Rechargeable Drum Pump Kit – Portable, Battery-Powered Solution

£1,037.19

The CombiFlux AdBlue kit is a portable, rechargeable drum pump solution for transferring AdBlue®, DEF, glycol and similar low-viscosity media directly from 200-220 L drums or smaller containers. This lightweight kit combines a seal-less polypropylene pump with a high-efficiency, brushless battery motor – engineered for mobility, chemical resistance and precise flow control.  Designed for use in remote locations, or when trailing power cables are undesirable, the Combiflux battery pump can be used anywhere. Examples include: workshops, vehicle yards, maintenance depots, waste transfer stations and mobile chemical dispensing from trucks or vans.  Furthermore, this is not a throwaway pump – The CombiFlux rechargeable drum pump kit uses our double-walled brushless motor with IP44 fume resistant enclosure, consequently this pump kit is suitable for heavy-duty industrial use and under challenging field conditions. Additionally, the slim 32 mm pump tube fits into narrow container openings, while the soft-start, variable-speed motor delivers controlled, splash-free dispensing.   The modular design with quick-release motor connection provides ultimate flexibility - pump tubes are available in a range of lengths and materials. And finally, CombiFlux is backed by Flux's renowned German engineering quality.

  1. Seal-less architecture for optimal long service life
Firstly, the CombiFlux pump has no mechanical seal or o-rings in contact with the media. Therefore this seal-less design reduces maintenance requirements and easily handles urea-based fluids and AdBlue®. In addition, the robust pump tube eliminates common failure points resulting from seal wear or ammonia degradation.
  2. Spiral shaft bearing delivers enhanced axial stability
Flux’s unique PTFE/carbon spiral bearing reduces shaft deflection and additionally ensures concentric rotation. This precision design reduces mechanical loads and turbulent flow at higher motor speeds, consequently leading to greater operational lifespan.
  3. Brushless variable speed motor – full control at your fingertips
The FBM-B 3100 motor offers stepless speed adjustment, thereby allowing the user to fine-tune flow from approx. 8-33 LPM. This enhances operator safety and dispensing precision, especially when filling smaller, narrow-necked containers. Furthermore, operators can finely adjust flow rates in real time with the integrated dial. The soft-start function protects mechanical components and additionally reduces wear over long term use.
  4. Rechargeable convenience –  Pump up to 1,250 L per charge
The 18V Li-ion battery delivers impressive performance: up to 1,250 litres of AdBlue® can be transferred on a single charge. In addition, it’s cordless freedom delivers true portability. Consequently, this makes the CombiFlux ideal for outdoor use, for example, at vehicle depots and mobile workshops. Furthermore, the battery can be fully charged from empty in just 30 minutes, using the smart charger included.
  5. 32 mm pump – ideal for small container openings
The lightweight, slim pump tube is designed for insertion into smaller, narrow-necked containers and confined tank openings. However, CombiFlux is also suitable for 200-220 litre drums and even 1000 litre IBC’s, when fitted with a 1200 mm long pump tube.
  6. Modular quick-connect system – fast assembly and easy cleaning
The motor is attached to the pump with quick-release clamps, for rapid assembly or cleaning. Therefore, pumps can be swapped out or replaced, without the use of tools. Furthermore, this design can future-proof your pumping operations – purchase additional pump tubes for different liquids and use one detachable motor to power them. Simply disconnect and reconnect the motor within seconds for cost-effective, contamination-free liquid dispensing from multiple containers. Remember, pump tubes are available in different lengths and materials, thereby covering a range of container sizes.
  7. Scientifically proven materials for AdBlue® handling
Finally, all wetted parts—including the PP pump tube, stainless steel driveshaft, ETFE impeller and FKM hand nozzle seals—have been laboratory tested for compatibility with AdBlue® per ISO 22241. Therefore, long-term resistance to urea, ammonia vapour and hydrolysis is guaranteed, under real-world conditions.
