Pre-assembled FLUX pump kits are a ready-to-use solution for various liquid transfer applications. Each IBC pump kit includes motor, pump, 2 m delivery hose with hose connections, hand nozzle for dispense control and a compression gland to secure the pump in the container.
Pre-installed hose connections and hose clamps ensure easy installation and fast commissioning. Furthermore, with a choice of pump lengths available, our pump kits are ideal for efficiently emptying IBCs, 200-litre drums, barrels and other smaller containers.

Each pump kit includes the pump, 230 V motor, hose connection, discharge hose and hand nozzle. Certain kits also include a compression gland to secure the pump in the container bung hole, or IBC cap. Lightweight seal-less JuniorFlux drum pump kits are perfectly suited to dispensing smaller quantities from canisters and 200 l drums. Three kits are available, each with polypropylene pump tube. Select either 700 mm or 1000 mm long pump with 25 mm diameter outer tube for emptying narrow necked containers or drums. Or 1000 mm long 32 mm diameter pump for higher flow applications.
Our battery-powered CombiFlux pump efficiently transfers AdBlue, light oils, cleaning agents, laboratory chemicals, acids or alkalis. Lightweight seal-less CombiFlux battery pump kits are perfectly suited to dispensing comparatively small quantities from containers ranging from canisters to 200 l drums.
Our FES 800 for cleaning agents and disinfectants is a pre-assembled pump kit specifically designed for emptying 60 litre plastic hobbocks.
This F 430 pump kit with 24 V DC motor is specifically designed for handling fire suppression foam agents, low-concentration acids and alkalis. The DC motor can be powered by an emergency vehicle.

An IBC pump kit is a portable solution for safely and efficiently transferring liquids from 1000 litre intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). Furthermore, each kit includes a pre-assembled discharge hose kit, hand nozzle and all the components needed to start pumping right away. In addition, IBC pump kits are a cost-effective way to safely dispense a wide range of chemicals, food products, fuels, solvents and high viscosity media. Kits are available with battery, electric and compressed air motors. They are available in a range of different materials and sizes to suit specific pumping duties and applications.
An IBC pump kit is designed for taller 1000-litre IBCs. The pump tube is 1200 mm long, while a drum pump kit utilises a shorter 1000 mm long pump tube, optimised for 200-220 litre barrels. Otherwise, both kits are identical and include the same drive motors, hoses and accessories.
