This barrel pump hose kit with hand nozzle is designed for use with our F 300 series Junior and CombiFlux pumps. It is a complete, ready-to-use solution for controlling fluid transfer from drums and containers. Delivered pre-assembled with a 1.5 m DN19 PVC hose, polypropylene / FKM hand nozzle, two stainless steel hose clamps , plus 1” BSP female hose connection for the pump outlet. Furthermore, heavy-duty hand nozzles suitable use with F 400 series pumps are available here. Designed with both operator safety and dispense control in mind, this ergonomic hand nozzle includes a swivel hose connection with internal ball bearings, promoting effortless rotation to reduce load and avoid hose kinking. Additionally, the 19 mm PVC hose is food-grade, plasticiser-free, with a smooth bore to prevent contamination or unwanted residues. The hose has a maximum pressure rating of 5 Bar and incorporates a steel wire helix for additional kink-resistance. Finally, this hose kit is ideal for transferring dilute acids, alkalis, oils, water and additionally food or beverage products. This preassembled barrel pump hose kit has been specifically designed for use with Flux JuniorFlux and CombiFlux drum pumps. The hose connection with PE gasket provides a secure interface with the pump outlet, thereby maintaining integrity and reducing the chances of a leak.
