Flux Pumps High Pressure Hose Clamps for 19 mm ID Hose

£4.45£4.85

When it comes to securing hoses under high-pressure conditions, Flux Pumps high pressure bolted hose clamps are an industry-leading solution. Designed specifically for our 19 mm (3/4") inner diameter hoses, these adjustable clamps deliver robust, long-lasting performance across a wide range of pumping applications.  Made from heavy-duty stainless steel, each clamp features an innovative swivelling bridge and a captive nut and spacer system. This robust design simplifies installation, especially in confined or awkward spaces, while maintaining maximum sealing force without deforming the hose. These hose clamps are compatible with our PE-lined, PVC and NBR-lined hoses.  Whether you’re operating in manufacturing, automotive, agricultural, or chemical handling sectors, Flux hose clamps guarantee dependability at every hose connection point.

  • Product type: High-pressure bolted hose clamp
  • Material: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel
  • Inner diameter: Suitable for 19 mm (3/4″) hoses (Custom dimensions available upon request)
  • Design feature: Swivelling bridge for effortless mounting without hose removal
  • Fastening mechanism: Captive nut and spacer system prevents misalignment
  • Edge design: Bevelled edges minimise abrasion and protect hose integrity
  • Compliance: Fully RoHS compliant (Directive EU 20032/95/EC, 1 July 2006)
  • Application range: For use with Flux PE-lined, PVC and NBR-lined industrial hoses
  • Pressure note: Maximum application pressure depends on hose material and coupling geometry

A hose clamp mechanically attaches and seals a hose onto a fitting, such as a hose tail or drum pump hose connection. Its purpose is to maintain a leak-proof, gas-tight, or liquid-tight connection under varying pressure conditions.

In high-pressure fluid transfer systems, hose clamps are essential for maintaining system integrity and operational safety. They distribute clamping force evenly around the hose circumference, preventing leakage or detachment, even during thermal expansion, vibration, or mechanical stress. Additionally, Flux hose clamps are specifically designed for industrial environments where strength and durability are paramount.

Using a Flux high pressure hose clamp is straightforward. Begin by unbolting the clamp to open it.  Slide the clamp over the hose and push it directly over the hose tail.  Next, engage the captive nut and spacer system, which stabilises the clamp during tightening and ensures even compression. Use a torque wrench or screwdriver to tighten the clamp bolt gradually, taking care not to overtighten, which may damage the hose wall. Finally, always verify that the clamp sits flush with the hose surface and maintains uniform pressure without pinching or distortion.

This secure, reusable mechanism enables fast assembly and disassembly, reducing downtime and improving safety when using fluid handling systems.

Note that barbed hose connections and hose clamps such as these should only be used in safe area applications. Swaged type hose connections must be used in Zoned areas and ATEX applications.

  • Stainless steel construction resists corrosion, pressure deformation, and mechanical fatigue
  • Swivelling bridge design is ideal for use in confined spaces or fixed installations
  • Captive nut and spacer system prevents component loss during assembly and ensures proper alignment during tightening
  • Bevelled edge profile reduces risk of hose damage and prolongs hose life by minimising wear at the clamp interface
  • Suitable for a wide range of hose materials including PE-lined, PVC, and NBR
  • Provides consistent sealing performance under high-pressure
  • Meets RoHS Directive EU 20032/95/EC for safe use in regulated environments
  • Alternative sizes available for larger bore hoses
