The light-weight Flux F 300 Series drum pump 25 L is the ideal solution for emptying smaller containers. Designed for efficiency and reliability, these pumps are perfect for drum emptying applications in many settings, such as:
JUNIORFLUX models are available in standard lengths of 500, 700 and 1000 mm. Additionally, the COMBIFLUX pump is available in 1200 mm length, making it suitable for use with IBC container and deeper tanks. These pumps are perfect for pumping smaller quantities from containers, barrels, drums and IBC containers.
F 300 series pumps are available in three different diameters, depending on the model and materials of construction. Choose 32 mm for higher flow rates, or 25 mm for use in narrow openings. Select from three key materials of construction—polypropylene, PVDF and stainless steel—ensuring compatibility with a wide range of liquids.
Polypropylene Juniorflux pumps are available with or without mechanical seal. Seal-less models are ideal for pumping clean, non-abrasive liquids without solid particles and are also suitable for dry running. Pumps with mechanical seal are suitable for abrasive, crystallising or solids-laden liquids. CombiFlux pumps are seal-less designs that incorporate the unique Flux spiral driveshaft bearing for optimal driveshaft support.

All F 300 series drive motors have the following features:
JUNIORFLUX motors are supplied pre-mounted to the pump, using two screws. Whereas the COMBIFLUX motors feature quick-release mounting clips for additional flexibility – use one motor to drive several different pumps. Motor options include 110 V and 230 V electric, while the COMBIFLUX model may also be used with our double-walled, class-leading, IP44 variable speed brushless battery motor.
Manufactured at our dedicated facility near Stuttgart, F 300 series drum pumps meet the same high quality standards as our heavy duty F 400 Series. Featuring continuous duty motors, high-performance drive shafts, durable ETFE impellers and PTFE long-life bearings, the F 300 series drum pump 25L delivers superior performance and longevity.
Our F 300 series 25 L drum pumps can continuously pump a wide range of low to medium viscosity liquids, with a max. viscosity of 250 mPas and max. density of 1.4. They can also be used to pump higher viscosity, or higher density, materials for short periods. They are ideal for almost any application, for instance, laboratories, manufacturing, automotive or agricultural sites. You can use them for transferring most non-flammable chemicals, such as acids & alkalis, oils, cleaning agents & disinfectants, depending on the materials of construction. Choosing the right pump material—polypropylene, PVDF, or stainless steel—ensures compatibility with specific fluids, optimising service life and reliability.
The F 300 series 25 L drum pump is ideal for pumping short distances and for intermittent use in light to medium-duty transfer applications. However, all Flux pumps feature serviceable designs with S1-rated drive motors, allowing continuous use if desired. Because these compact drum pumps typically have narrow diameter pump tubes and smaller impellers, flow rate and discharge pressure is limited. For regular use, pumping large volumes, or transferring liquids longer distances, heavy duty F 400 series pumps provide a more efficient, more robust solution. Finally, regular pump and motor servicing will enhance performance and longevity in continuous duty applications.
In water treatment plants, you can use 25 L drum pumps to transfer chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulphite, hydrochloric acid, and sodium hydroxide from barrels and smaller containers. Our most commonly used drum pump for water treatment chemicals is our polypropylene Juniorflux. This compact, light pump and can be used to move chemicals from 25 litre drums into larger tanks. They are available in lengths of 500, 700 and 1000 mm to suit containers from 20 L up to 220 L in size. The re-chargeable Combiflux battery pump is the perfect solution for outdoor use, or remote pumping stations and treatment plants with no readily available power supply. For higher flow, heavy duty applications, consider our larger PVDF and polypropylene F 400 series barrel and IBC pumps.
