The Flux F 426 is a mixing pump with a unique dual-function design. Its selectable mixing function allows users to switch between mixing, pumping, or simultaneous mixing and transfer, all without changing equipment.
Ideal for 200-litre drums and 1,000-litre IBCs, the F 426 enables users to mix product directly inside the container before transferring it. This helps reduce equipment costs, minimise handling and simplify processing of liquids that settle, separate or require constant agitation.
The F 426 achieves its dual functionality through manually operated control levers, which open and close four mixing ports in the pump tube. This consequently allows users to switch between recirculation, transfer, or combined mixing and transfer modes without interrupting the process.

Benefit |
Advantage |
| Simplified process workflow | Combines mixing and transfer in one unit, reducing equipment requirements, process bottlenecks and repetitive manual handling |
| Improved product consistency | Helps maintain homogeneous media and keeps settled solids suspended before dispensing |
| Reduced contamination risk | Minimises the need to transfer liquids between containers for mixing and discharge |
| Faster changeovers | Switch between recirculation and transfer modes without interrupting the process |
| Lower ownership costs | Reduces the need for multiple pieces of equipment, associated maintenance and spare parts |
| Flexible process control | Allows users to mix, recirculate or dispense according to process requirements |
| Efficient handling of difficult media | Suitable for liquids that separate, settle or require agitation before transfer |
| Improved site safety | Reduces manual product handling and operator exposure to hazardous liquids and vapours |
| Cost-effective mixing solution | Practical alternative when a dedicated mixer is impractical or difficult to justify |
| Easy maintenance | Simple, serviceable design allows rapid cleaning and replacement of wear components |
| Built for industrial use | Suitable for continuous-duty operation in demanding process environments |
A mixing pump combines liquid mixing and transfer functions within a single unit. The Flux F 426 allows users to agitate media inside a drum or IBC before dispensing it, therefore helping maintain product consistency throughout the process.
The F 426 is best suited to liquids that settle, separate or require agitation before transfer. However, if the product is already homogeneous and only requires pumping, a conventional transfer pump may be more appropriate.
Yes. The F 426 can operate in recirculation mode to mix product directly inside the container. This makes it suitable for applications that would traditionally require a separate industrial drum agitator or in-drum mixer.
