Heating is a reliable way to reduce the viscosity of many common liquids.  These silicone rubber heaters transfer heat directly through the drum wall, for efficient, consistent heating of viscous, or temperature‑sensitive materials. This in turn enhances pumping performance, when used in conjunction with Flux drum pumps and Flux barrel pumps.

Can I mount more than one silicone rubber heater on a drum?

Yes. You can mount up to three heaters on a 205 litre drum, for faster heating.

Does the heater fit all 200 L metal drums?

Yes. It fits standard drum circumferences and is secured easily with the quick-release clip.

What materials can this silicone drum heater warm?

Most common liquids, including semi-solid pastes or gels. However, check before heating materials that have low flashpoints or auto-ignition temperatures, due to potential risk of flash fire. Typical examples include solvents, oils, lubricants and fuel additive.

Can these heaters be used in a zoned Ex area?
