ATEX IBC Heater | Certified Heating Jacket for IBC Containers

£4,318.56

Safe, Controlled Heating with an ATEX IBC Heater

This ATEX IBC heater provides safe, efficient and compliant heating for 1000 L IBC containers used in hazardous industrial environments. It provides reliable frost protection and temperature control for liquids stored or processed in ATEX zones 1/2 (gas) and 21/22 (dust). Importantly, this IBC container heater jacket features a durable anti‑static PVC outer layer and a self‑limiting heating cable, ensuring stable performance without the need for an expensive temperature controller.

This IBC tote heater operates independently - the built‑in self‑limiting cable regulates heat output automatically, maintaining safe temperatures and preventing overheating. As a result, the heater provides dependable frost protection and steady temperature control with minimal operator input.

Additionally, the heater includes a 5 m connection cable and an ATEX‑certified junction box, allowing quick cable replacement and reducing set-up time. It fits standard 1000 L IBC containers and may be paired with an optional insulating lid for improved thermal efficiency.

  • Designed for Ex-designated atmospheres containing potentially explosive concentrations of gas and dust
  • Fits standard 1000 L IBC containers
  • Ideal for frost protection, viscosity control and temperature stabilisation
  • Additional electronic controller not required
  • Insulating lid available separately, for increased thermal efficiency.
Lead times may vary, subject to prior orders. If next day delivery is required, please contact us to discuss availability before placing your order.
