Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) is a tool to determine the most cost-effective option among different competing alternatives to purchase, own, operate, maintain and, finally, dispose of an object or process, when each is equally appropriate to be purchased on technical grounds.
A little known fact about the economics of drum pumps is that acquisition cost is typically less than 5% of total life cycle cost. In other words, when purchasing a drum, barrel or IBC pump, focus on which pump will provide you with the greater savings over the lifetime of the product.
A FLUX pump typically pays for itself in less than 6 months. Life cycle cost savings in excess of £10k are achievable when compared to most other pump brands.
