F 430 TR IBC Pump
For installation in pipeline, on trolley or baseplate
Pump F 430 TR is ideal for transferring low viscosity liquids from IBCs, tanks and other containers with low level outlet, e.g. if a tank is not accessible from the top, or if spatial conditions limit use of a vertical pump. The pump can easily be disassembled for cleaning or maintenance. Available in stainless steel or polypropylene materials, the stainless steel version is ATEX certified for use in hazardous areas for handling low flashpoint liquids. F430 TR is suitable for use with all FLUX single phase elctric and compressed air motors.
Technical data:
- Flow rate: max. 240 l/min1
- Delivery head: max. 30 mwc2
- Viscosity: min. 1 mPas - max. 1200 mPas2
- Outer tube diameter: min. 40 mm - max. 41 mm
- Length: 200
- Materials outer tube: Stainless steel, Polypropylene
- Media / Fluids: Solvents, Fuels, Petroleum products, Alkalis, Acids, Highly flammable media
- Seal: with mechanical seal
- Container: 1000 l IBC, Container with floor drain
- 1 The maximum delivery rate is a test bench value, measured with water at 20 ° C at the pressure port of the pump, without accessories (hose, nozzle, flow meter). The practically achievable delivery rate is lower. It depends on the individual application, the fluid properties and the pump configuration. Please refer to technical data sheets / performance diagrams.

Product attributes
- Suitable for most low viscosity liquids with viscosity <1200 cP
- Perfect for use with IBC's
- Mechanical seal ensures liquid and solid particles cannot enter inner tube and bearings
- Can be used in fixed and mobile (trolley mounted) applications.
- Can be disassembled into two main parts in seconds: inner tube (complete with impeller) and outer tube
- 200 mm long
- Suitable for heavy duty applications and continuous running
- Temporary operation against closed valve (eg. hand nozzle or ball valve) possible until max. operating temperature has been reached
Benefits
- Provides highest flexibility - variable orientation
- Can also be used where low ceiling heights limit access
- Stainless steel version ATEX certified for use in hazardous areas
- Can be integrated into pipe systems
- A horizontal centrifugal pump that can be used with most FLUX motors
- Use with FLUX flowmeters and FLUXTRONIC one-touch progammable filling system
